About LINE2LIFE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LINE2LIFE creates personalised three-dimensional artworks based on original children&#8217;s drawings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The creative process may include digital design, 3D modelling, 3D printing and finishing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each artwork is individually developed from the original drawing provided by the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2. Custom Artwork<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LINE2LIFE creations are based on customer-provided original drawings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because each drawing is unique, the final three-dimensional artwork may differ in certain aspects from the original two-dimensional drawing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The transformation from two dimensions to three dimensions may require adjustments to lines, proportions, shapes, structure and other details so that the artwork can be physically produced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We aim to preserve the distinctive character and creative expression of the original drawing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Submitted Drawings and Content<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">By submitting a drawing or other material to LINE2LIFE, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and authority to provide that material to us for the requested purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You remain responsible for ensuring that the submitted material does not infringe the rights of another person.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where a drawing contains a child&#8217;s name or other personal information, the person submitting it is responsible for ensuring that they have the appropriate authority to provide it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We process submitted drawings and related personal information in accordance with our <strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All intellectual property rights in the LINE2LIFE website, including its text, branding, logos, graphics, photographs, design elements and original content, belong to LINE2LIFE or are used with permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell or commercially exploit our website content without our prior written permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The original drawing submitted by a customer remains the property of the person who owns the relevant rights in that drawing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The digital modelling and production work created by LINE2LIFE may contain intellectual property belonging to LINE2LIFE, subject to any rights that cannot legally be excluded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Use of Artwork for Portfolio and Promotion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We respect the personal nature of children&#8217;s artwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will not publicly display, publish or use a submitted child&#8217;s drawing, finished artwork, child&#8217;s name or other identifying information for promotional purposes without the appropriate permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where you separately give us permission to use an artwork for portfolio, website, social media, exhibitions or other promotional purposes, we may use it only within the scope of that permission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>7. Colours and Appearance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The final appearance of an artwork may vary from the original drawing and from images displayed on digital screens.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Colour representation may vary depending on the original artwork, selected colours, materials, printing conditions, lighting and the display characteristics of the device used to view images.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For this reason, exact colour reproduction from a digital image cannot always be guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>8. Artwork Sizes and Specifications<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Available artwork sizes, materials, colour options and other specifications may vary depending on the current LINE2LIFE service or creation format.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The specifications applicable to a particular creation will be confirmed as part of the relevant order or project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We reserve the right to update available formats, materials, colours and specifications as our production process develops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Orders and Confirmation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A request or enquiry submitted through our website does not automatically constitute acceptance of an order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An order or custom project is considered confirmed only after the relevant details have been agreed between LINE2LIFE and the customer and, where applicable, payment or other required confirmation has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For custom projects, schools and collaborations, additional terms may be agreed separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>10. Pricing and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prices, payment methods and any applicable taxes or additional charges will be communicated at the time of the relevant order or project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise agreed, production of a custom artwork will begin only after the order and any required payment or confirmation have been completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>11. Production Times<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because every LINE2LIFE artwork is individually created, production times may vary depending on the complexity of the drawing, the selected format and current production capacity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any estimated production time provided by LINE2LIFE is an estimate unless expressly confirmed otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unforeseen technical, production or delivery circumstances may occasionally cause delays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>12. Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where delivery is offered, applicable delivery terms, costs and estimated delivery times will be communicated before or during the order process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once an artwork has been handed to the relevant delivery provider, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>13. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Because LINE2LIFE artworks are individually created and personalised from a customer&#8217;s original drawing, cancellation, return and refund rights may differ from those applicable to standard, non-personalised products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Any cancellation or refund request will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection law and the specific circumstances of the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where an artwork arrives damaged or there is a production issue, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide relevant photographs or information so that we can review the issue and determine the appropriate solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>14. Customer Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Providing accurate contact and delivery information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing a clear and usable image of the original drawing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring they have the necessary rights or authority to submit the drawing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing any required information within the agreed timeframe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reviewing any information or confirmation provided before production begins<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The quality and clarity of the submitted drawing or image may affect the final result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>15. Schools and Organisations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Projects involving schools, educational organisations, brands, cultural institutions or other organisations may be subject to additional terms agreed separately.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The parties may agree specific requirements concerning:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Number of artworks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project scope<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Production schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pricing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intellectual property<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exhibition or promotional use<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data protection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsibilities of each party<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Where additional written terms are agreed, those terms will apply to the relevant project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>16.
