PLAYLAND Kindergarten<\/h1>\n\n\n\n

From a child\u2019s self-portrait to a 3D artwork.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

We visited Playland Kindergarten to introduce the children to the world of design and 3D printing – and to explore how a simple drawing can travel from paper to digital design and finally become a real, three-dimensional artwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The children were invited to draw themselves freely, without rules or filters. Their spontaneous lines, expressions and imagination became the starting point of a creative journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE JOURNEY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

THE IDEA<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

A child\u2019s self-portrait is more than a drawing. It is a small expression of personality, imagination and the way they see themselves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each child was encouraged to create their own self-portrait in their own unique way, allowing their natural creativity to lead the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE TRANSFORMATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Each original drawing was carefully recreated through digital design and transformed into a three-dimensional relief artwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the process, we focused on preserving the distinctive lines, shapes and character of each drawing – keeping the authentic \u201csignature\u201d of the child who created it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE RESULT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The drawings became small physical artworks that the children could see, experience and recognise as their own creations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The final pieces transformed something familiar and personal – a drawing on paper – into something tangible and lasting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE EXPERIENCE<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The presentation of the artworks became a celebration shared by the children, their parents and educators.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was an opportunity to see creativity from a different perspective and to discover how modern technology can give new form to a child\u2019s imagination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE TAKEAWAY<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Creativity has no age.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

When imagination meets technology, even the simplest lines can become something remarkable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

And in the end, the most powerful creative force is not technology.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is the imagination of a child.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
